## Description

The Microsoft Solutions Engineer is responsible for delivering Microsoft-funded customer engagements, technical workshops, and immersive solution briefings across the MENA region. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, solution awareness, and downstream pipeline generation across Microsoft Modern Work, Security, and Azure solution areas.

Working closely with the Microsoft Alliance team, regional Account Managers, Presales teams, and Microsoft Partner Center operations, the engineer plays a key role in delivering Microsoft Immersion Briefings and Envisioning Workshops for enterprise customers across Jordan, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The role combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing presentation and workshop delivery capabilities, while ensuring operational excellence across workshop execution, Proof of Execution (POE) submissions, and pipeline attribution activities.

Responsibilities:

Workshop & Customer Engagement Delivery

-   Deliver Microsoft-funded customer engagements including Microsoft Immersion Briefings, Envisioning Workshops, Technical discovery sessions, and Customer solution briefings
-   Lead 90-minute Microsoft Immersion Briefings for multiple customer participants, and multi-day Envisioning Workshops for enterprise customers
-   Deliver workshops and customer engagements focused on Microsoft 365 Security, Modern Work solutions and Azure services and migration scenarios
-   Engage both technical and business stakeholders during customer workshops and solution discussions

Technical Demonstrations & Solution Positioning

-   Conduct hands-on demonstrations across Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure services
-   Tailor demonstrations and workshop discussions to customer-specific business and technical requirements
-   Support positioning of ZainTECH’s Microsoft services, managed services, and licensing capabilities through workshop engagements

Content Preparation & Workshop Readiness

-   Prepare customer-specific workshop materials, presentations, and technical briefing content
-   Utilize Microsoft-provided assets alongside ZainTECH intellectual property and solution messaging
-   Ensure workshop content aligns with customer requirements, Microsoft program standards, and engagement objectives
-   Maintain readiness for regional customer delivery activities and technical enablement sessions

Proof of Execution (POE) & Partner Operations

-   Own the end-to-end Proof of Execution (POE) process for delivered Microsoft-funded engagements
-   Ensure complete and accurate POE documentation is submitted within defined timelines
-   Maintain operational accuracy and minimize claim leakage across workshop and funding activities
-   Coordinate with Microsoft Partner Center operations teams for Workshop nominations, Claim submissions, Reconciliation activities and Program compliance requirements

Pipeline Tracking & Sales Alignment

-   Support downstream pipeline generation and opportunity tracking from workshop engagements
-   Work closely with regional Account Managers and Sales teams to identify pull-through opportunities for Microsoft licensing, Security services, Managed services and Azure consumption growth
-   Maintain accurate workshop attribution and opportunity tagging within Salesforce or CRM platforms
-   Contribute to regional Microsoft alliance growth initiatives and pipeline visibility activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

-   Collaborate closely with Microsoft Alliance teams, Presales teams, Regional Account Managers, Delivery teams and Microsoft Partner Center operations
-   Support regional Microsoft programs, customer engagement initiatives, and alliance objectives
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of workshop delivery processes, technical assets, and customer engagement standards

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of experience in Microsoft technology consulting, Technical presales, Solutions engineering and Customer-facing technical delivery roles
-   Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Microsoft Defender suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel and Azure infrastructure services
-   Strong understanding of Azure compute, storage, and networking services, Azure migration and modernization scenarios, and Microsoft security and compliance solutions
-   Experience delivering Workshops, Training sessions, Technical demonstrations, Customer-facing engagements
-   Strong written documentation and reporting skills
-   Fluent in both Arabic and English
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
-   Preferred Microsoft certifications: MS-500, SC-200, AZ-500, AZ-104, MS-700, or equivalents
