## Description

Beam is building the operating layer for an AI-native future. Our platform helps teams from fast moving startups to Fortune 500s automate entire workflows using self-learning agents that adapt in real time. By removing the drag of manual, repetitive work, we free people to focus on what actually needs human thinking. We’re reimagining how operations scale, with clarity, speed, and intelligence at the core. To learn more, visit[](https://beam.ai/?utm_source=chatgpt.com) [https://beam.ai/](https://beam.ai/) .

### About the Team

Beam’s GTM team sits at the intersection of sales, operations, growth, and automation. We build the systems and workflows that help the company scale efficiently, from outbound infrastructure and inbound routing to CRM automation and process design. The team works closely with sales leadership, operations, product, and growth to continuously improve how we generate pipeline, move faster, and create leverage through automation.

This is a highly cross-functional role where curiosity, ownership, and initiative matter more than rigid job boundaries. We’re looking for someone ambitious, technical, and excited to build systems that directly impact growth.

### About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to help support and scale Beam’s go-to-market operations and automation infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn fast. You don’t need years of experience — but you should enjoy solving problems, figuring things out independently, and using technology to make processes more efficient.

You’ll work across inbound operations, outbound tooling, CRM workflows, lead routing, automations, and sales process optimization. One day you might be improving a HubSpot workflow, the next you could be helping automate outbound systems using Clay or Zapier.

You’ll initially work closely with the current GTM lead to ramp up quickly and take ownership of key workflows and systems over time.

If you’re someone who likes building, learning fast, and being trusted with real ownership early in your career, this role will give you a steep growth curve and direct exposure to how modern AI-native companies operate.

### Responsibilities

- Build and maintain workflows across HubSpot and other GTM tools
- Support inbound lead routing, enrichment, and automation processes
- Help manage outbound tooling and infrastructure using platforms like Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach
- Improve CRM organization, reporting, and operational workflows
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them using AI tools and no-code platforms
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to improve execution and efficiency
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and proactively improve systems
- Document processes clearly and help create scalable internal systems
- Test and experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation ideas

## Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, growth, sales ops, GTM, or related technical/analytical roles

- Comfortable learning and working with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, Notion, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn independently
- Extremely proactive with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Curious about AI, automation, and modern startup operations
- Excited to work in a fast-moving environment with a steep learning curve

### Nice to Have

- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Familiarity with no-code tools and automations
- Exposure to outbound tooling or lead generation systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, or scripting
- Startup, internship, freelance, or side-project experience
- Interest in AI tools and agentic workflows

## Benefits

At Beam, we’re building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow. We’re thoughtful about what we build, how we work, and who we hire. The problems we’re solving are real. The systems we’re building are complex. And the people here care deeply, about craft, about speed, and about doing work that actually matters. You won’t find rigid hierarchies or endless process here. You’ll find high trust, high standards, and a team driven by curiosity, ownership, and long-term thinking.

Our culture is shaped by our values in action:

- **AI-native thinking:** Every teammate thinks in agentic workflows, uses AI tools daily, and looks for leverage through automation. AI isn’t just what we build, it's how we operate.
- **Customer obsession:** We build with urgency and empathy, speak to customers early and often, and measure success through their outcomes.
- **Speed as a habit:** We ship fast, learn faster, and prioritise unblocking over perfection. We favour small experiments with tight feedback loops.
- **Leverage-focused execution:** We hire high-impact players, invest in the 20% that drives 80% of results, and value candid feedback.
- **Highly aligned, loosely coupled:** We align on outcomes, not tasks. You’ll work independently, but never in isolation.
- **Data-driven, human-guided:** We seek clarity over comfort, speak up early, and use feedback to grow together.

If this sounds like the kind of work you want to do and the kind of team you want to grow with, we’d love to hear from you.
