Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a _French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant_ with fully paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about delivering unparalleled customer service and eager to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will support French-speaking clients throughout their rental journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking customers by handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues.
-   Manage vehicle rental processes including pick-up, returns, and vehicle inspections.
-   Clearly communicate rental terms, conditions, and policies to clients.
-   Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and service standards.
-   Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company procedures to assist clients effectively.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Excellent command of French (both spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
-   Experience in customer service or car rental industries is highly preferred.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency with computer systems and rental management software.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and professional setting.
