We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for Banking. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and committed to providing exceptional support to clients in the banking sector.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and information on financial products.
-   Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive banking experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
-   Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
-   Educate customers on banking procedures and policies while promoting financial literacy.
-   Gather client feedback to support the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
