**Join Our Growing Telehealth Team!**

**Position:** Full-Time | **Location:** North Carolina (Remote) | **Salary:** $115,000 - $120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist** to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful therapeutic services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Lead remote therapy sessions for diverse clients, including individuals and families.
-   Develop customized therapy plans and provide support through evidence-based strategies.
-   Help clients improve their relationships and emotional wellbeing.
-   Keep up-to-date with industry standards and continue professional development.
-   Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

## Requirements

-   Active LMFT licensure in North Carolina.
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
-   2+ years of experience in the field (telehealth experience is a plus).
-   Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
