## Description

Intetics Inc. is a global technology company providing custom software application development, dedicated team building, software quality assessment, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for an Incident Editorial Specialist to join our team.

Join our editorial team and work on editing real-time road incident data for a global mapping platform.

**No previous experience is required.** We provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT and gain hands-on experience working on international projects.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 12:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time. You will work with English-language data, applying clear guidelines while maintaining accuracy and focus throughout your shift.

## Requirements

-   **English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken as well)**
-   **Strong attention to detail**, especially when working under time constraints
-   **Confident multitasking skills**, including working with multiple browser tabs/windows and fast, accurate typing
-   **Punctuality, focus, and reliability** are essential for successful night-shift work

What you will do:

-   **Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents** across assigned regions
-   **Work with real-time data** from multiple sources
-   **Record key incident details**, including location, direction of travel, and other relevant information
-   **Update incident records** as conditions change
-   **Close incidents** once they have been resolved and confirmed
