### **We're Hiring: Marketing Manager – Coffee & Food & Beverage Industry.**

### Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented **Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing function and drive the growth of our coffee and food & beverage business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional with a strong background in the coffee and F&B industry and a proven ability to build brands, lead teams, and deliver measurable business results.

### The ideal candidate will have **5–8 years of relevant marketing experience**, including leadership responsibilities, and will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
-   Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
-   Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, in-store, and outdoor channels.
-   Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
-   Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
-   Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and senior management to support business growth and increase revenue.
-   Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, customer insights, and business opportunities.
-   Manage the marketing budget effectively and maximize return on investment (ROI).
-   Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics, preparing regular reports with actionable recommendations.
-   Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, influencers, designers, and other external vendors.
-   Lead the company's digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
-   Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities to enhance customer engagement.
-   Ensure all marketing activities reflect the company's values and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
-   **5–8 years of proven marketing experience**, preferably within the **coffee and Food & Beverage industry**.
-   Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team.
-   Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and customer acquisition.
-   Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and market trends.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
