This contract role offers a unique opportunity to step into an end-to-end payroll leadership position, gaining exposure to global payroll practices while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in stabilising and enhancing payroll operations, contribute to process improvements through analytics and automation, and build valuable experience in a dynamic and growing organisation. The role provides hands-on experience with advanced payroll systems, vendor management, and strategic reporting, making it an excellent platform for professional growth.

**Your key responsibilities as an Senior Payroll Executive will include:**

-   Managing and executing end-to-end monthly payroll operations for India in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors
-   Validating payroll inputs, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance
-   Reviewing payroll reports and delivering clear analytical insights for management decision-making
-   Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and supporting audits and filings
-   Preparing payroll journals, reconciliations, Full & Final settlements, and coordinating salary disbursements
-   Driving process improvements through automation, analytics, and efficient payroll governance practices

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Senior Payroll Executive:**

-   You will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations within fast-paced or corporate environment
-   You will have strong knowledge of India payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements
-   You will have experience working with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, Workday, Allsec, or similar platforms
-   You will be highly proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
-   You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage payroll timelines with accuracy and confidentiality
