**EnerMech is seeking a Project Manager to join our Pipelines & Subsea business line in Houston. This role has primary responsibility for the cross-functional delivery of international projects — ensuring efficient execution, on-time delivery, and commercial control.**

**As the project lead both internally and externally, you will oversee client engagement and may be required to travel to client sites or offshore locations, including international regions.**

**Job Description:**

-   Ensure compliance with client HSE, Quality, and technical requirements
-   Develop and manage day-to-day project performance — including engineering schedule, cost control, invoicing, and forecasting
-   Manage client-specific objectives and KPIs to ensure targets are met and actions are completed
-   Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) with a focus on commercial accuracy, Estimates to Complete, and Earned Value techniques
-   Host planning, scheduling, and technical reviews to support offshore mobilization
-   Liaise frequently with EnerMech offshore/site crews regarding operations and maintenance activities

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Proven experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's, dewatering)
-   Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage complex project schedules
-   Ability to proactively identify problems and offer practical solutions
-   Preferred: Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical/project management qualification
-   Offshore and/or international project experience highly desirable
-   5-10 years of Commercial/Technical Project Management experience
