## Description

-   Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure on **GCP**.
-   Manage and support **GKE clusters**, including deployments, scaling, networking, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
-   Deploy and manage containerized applications using **Kubernetes and Docker**.
-   Work with **GCP Dataproc** to provision and manage clusters for distributed data-processing workloads.
-   Support **Spark/Hadoop workloads** running on Dataproc.
-   Develop and maintain **Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** for automated GCP resource provisioning.
-   Create reusable Terraform configurations/modules and manage infrastructure changes through version control.
-   Configure and manage GCP services including **VPC, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring**.
-   Implement GCP networking, security, IAM policies, service accounts, and access controls.
-   Support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
-   Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and application issues.
-   Implement cloud security, scalability, availability, and performance best practices.
-   Automate operational activities using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
-   Work closely with DevOps, Data Engineering, Application Development, and Architecture teams.
-   Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.

## Requirements

-   **5+ years** of experience in Cloud Engineering / DevOps, with significant hands-on experience in **GCP**.
-   **GCP – Strong hands-on experience**
-   **GKE – Strong hands-on experience**
-   **Google Cloud Dataproc – Hands-on experience**
-   **Terraform – Strong hands-on experience**
-   Kubernetes and Docker
-   GCP networking – VPC, subnets, firewall rules
-   GCP IAM and service accounts
-   Cloud monitoring and logging
-   CI/CD concepts and tools
-   Production cloud support and troubleshooting
