**Job Description:**

ProArch is excited to welcome motivated Freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team! This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment. As a Fresher Talent Acquisition professional, you will learn the fundamentals of the recruitment process, develop essential skills, and contribute to our team's efforts in sourcing and securing top talent.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
-   Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
-   Screen resumes and application forms.
-   Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
-   Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
-   Participate in resume reviews and candidate assessments.
-   Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
-   Learn and understand ProArch's culture and hiring needs.
-   We are looking for recent graduate with a passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

## Requirements

-   Education Qualification: MBA Graduate Preferred.
-   A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-   Motivated, eager to learn, and a team player.
-   Willingness to work from our Hyderabad office.
