-   Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
-   Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
-   Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.
-   Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
-   Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and new project launches.
-   Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

## Requirements

What We're Looking For

-   Experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-   Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
-   Professional attitude with excellent client relationship skills.
-   Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
-   A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
