**The Opportunity**

Own Arkadium's consumer games business end-to-end as a true General Manager. You'll have full P&L accountability, report to the CEO, and lead the strategy across portfolio development, platform expansion, and growth—both organic and inorganic.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside a capable team and set the bar for what excellence looks like across game development, distribution, monetization, and  outstanding execution.

**What You'll Own**

-   **P&L & Commercial Strategy**: Full ownership of consumer games revenue (ads, subscriptions, mtx, and distribution partnerships), and Marketing.
-   **Portfolio & Game Development**: Define what we build, license, and retire-across first-party, second-party, and third-party titles
-   **Platform & Product**: Drive the arkadium.com product roadmap, engagement features, retention mechanics, monetization, and UX
-   **New Platforms**: Lead our expansion into new and emerging distribution channels (i.e. mobile apps, Instant Games, Reddit, etc.)
-   **Inorganic Growth**: Shape our strategy-studio partnerships, IP deals, catalog acquisitions
-   **Team Development**: Lead director-level talent across Games, Platform, Creative, and Analytics

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   VP/GM/Head of Studio experience with direct P&L ownership in consumer games
-   Proven track record shipping quality games that retain players and drive revenue (casual/mid-core preferred)
-   Experience owning or overseeing a consumer-facing web platform or gaming website
-   Deep expertise in ad-monetized models and player-first product decisions
-   Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, product, creative, and analytics
-   Strong conviction about what makes games worth playing

**Preferred**

-   Web casual game experience, especially with 35+ audiences
-   Platform expansion experience (mobile, social platforms, new distribution)
-   Comfort building for players who value craft and quality over trends
