**About the Role:**

As a **Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** at **Inspira Behavior**, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ABA services to individuals with diverse behavioral needs. You will be responsible for developing **evidence-based treatment plans**, supervising **behavior technicians and mid-tier staff**, and ensuring **effective client progress** through data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of client care, offer **ongoing mentorship and training**, and play an active role in shaping the success of both clients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Develop & Implement Treatment Plans** – Create and oversee individualized behavior programs to support client progress.
-   **Conduct Assessments** – Perform evaluations (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) to guide treatment decisions.
-   **Supervise & Train Staff** – Provide oversight, mentorship, and professional development for behavior technicians and mid-tier staff.
-   **Support Families & Caregivers** – Offer parent training and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
-   **Ensure Data-Driven Decisions** – Collect, analyze, and utilize treatment data to monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
-   **Manage Compliance & Documentation** – Maintain accurate records, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure scheduling efficiency.
-   **Collaborate with Clinical Teams** – Participate in clinical meetings, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

-   **Current BCBA Certification** (in good standing).
-   Completion of **BACB®-approved coursework**.
-   **1+ year of ABA experience** and prior **supervisory experience**.
-   Strong **communication, time management, and problem-solving** skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with **diverse populations**.
-   **Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation**.
-   **CPR/First Aid Certification & TB test**.
-   Ability to **sit, stand, walk, and lift 20–50 lbs.** as needed.
-   **COVID-19 vaccination & required immunizations** (unless exempt).
