✅ Prior **landscape construction experience**  
✅ Reliable transportation to and from job sites  
✅ Valid **driver’s license**  
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands  
✅ Able to pass a drug screen (if requested)  
✅ Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required **after hire**, not before)

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

✅ Prior **landscape construction experience**

✅ **Valid driver’s license**

✅ **Dependable and reliable transportation** to and from job sites

✅ Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks

✅ Willing and able to pass a drug screen upon request

✅ Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire)

✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

## Benefits

Wage Rates (based on skill set)

\- Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour

\- Vacation: $3.00

\- Health Care: $6.00

\- Annuity: $3.00

\- Training: $.10

\- LECET: $.06

\-IAP: $.10

\- TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr

Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
