**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Illinois  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year  
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and help guide treatment over time. This role is well suited for a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
-   Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions
-   Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans
-   Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly
-   Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
-   Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing
-   At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
-   Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
-   Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
