As a Senior Funding Manager, you'll manage both new opportunities and an existing book of business, creating long-term client relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and lasting impact.

You'll work directly with our leadership team while helping build the future of Small Biz Heroes.  

**What You Will Do**

As a Senior Funding Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners throughout their funding journey.

You'll:

-   Convert qualified inbound opportunities into funded clients.
-   Manage an active portfolio while identifying renewal and growth opportunities.
-   Guide clients through underwriting, funding, and long-term capital planning.
-   Educate business owners on fundability and financing strategies.
-   Build referral relationships and generate repeat business.
-   Collaborate with operations, lending partners, and leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience.
-   Manage your pipeline and client portfolio through Salesforce.

**You'll Thrive Here If You…**

-   Have at least two years of experience in alternative business finance.
-   Understand MCA, term loans, SBA lending, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other commercial lending products.
-   Enjoy building long-term client relationships—not simply closing transactions.
