As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian customers, providing high-quality support and assistance to enhance their banking experience. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with banking inquiries, account issues, transactions, and digital platform navigation.
-   Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
-   Participate in continuous training to stay updated on banking products and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and a B2 level of English are required.
-   Strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering excellence.
-   Previous experience in customer care, preferably in the banking or fintech sector, is advantageous.
-   Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece; the company offers relocation assistance.
-   Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
