## Description

**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for **Lead Designer** for one of our partners, a multinational healthcare provider.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide direction, leadership, and mentorship to members of the Design team (currently 2 designers) ensuring strong collaboration and high morale. 
-   Foster a culture of teamwork, identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency through shared practices. 
-   Lead the creation of user-centered designs by understanding business goals, data insights, and user needs. 
-   Deliver user-friendly, visually appealing designs from discovery through implementation — crafting user stories, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes. 
-   Act as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering — using emotional intelligence to build strong collaboration and informed decision-making. 
-   Ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple products by developing and maintaining a unified design system. 
-   Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design guidelines are aligned and consistently applied across the company.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in design leadership 

-   Minimum 5 years of experience with digital products (mobile and web applications, SaaS, or complex software systems). 
-   A portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design work. 
-   Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to produce consistent, high-quality, and influential design outcomes. 
-   Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality results. 
-   Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and attention to detail. 
-   Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and UX/UI best practices. 
-   Strong sense of design aesthetics, awareness of design trends, and the ability to adapt styles to context. 
-   Mastery of Figma and modern design workflows. 
-   Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a **plus**. 
-   Ability to conduct customer interviews in German is a strong **plus**.
