**Job Summary:**  
We're looking for a **Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst** to join our Supply Chain team at Limitless Naturals.   
If you have experience with **Oracle ERP**, and a passion for data analytics, we'd love to hear from you. You will play a key role in ensuring our master data supports efficient operations across the business.    
  
  
**Key Responsibilities & Accountability:**  

-   Define and apply global master data standards, naming conventions, classification rules and governance policies across all data domains- materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, routings and plant master, ensuring consistency and interoperability across Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and IT.
-   Own data quality end-to-end: conduct regular audit across all master data domains, identify root causes of errors, duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies and drive timely correction in Oracle- logging issues, tracking resolution and reporting quality trends to functional stakeholders.

-   Own the full lifecycle of master data records in Oracle, from creation and onboarding of new materials, vendors, customers, BOMs and routings, through maintenance, extension to new plants and controlled archiving or deactivation, ensuring every record is complete, accurate and properly approved before activation.

-   Partner with concerned functions to capture data requirements, manage master data change requests, and ensure new product launches, plant expansions and system changes are reflected accurately and on time in Oracle.

-   Process master data change requests in line with established governance policies and approval workflows, ensuring all changes are properly authorized, accurately recorded and traceable through the audit trail.

-   Identify, propose and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual data entry, reduce error rates, and improve turnaround times for master data requests.
-   Produce master data quality dashboards, KPI reports, and exception logs for all functions, benchmarking performance against defined standards and driving a culture of data ownership and accountability across the organization.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in master data management or ERP data administration, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or consumer health – Data Scientists 
-    Demonstrated proficiency in Oracle ERP, with hands-on experience in master data setup, maintenance, and configuration 
-   Experience in data analytics and reporting; familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g. RPA, macros, scripting) 
-   Experience with automation tools and creating dashboards using Power BI or equivalent reporting tools 
-   Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a structured approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment 
-   Diploma or bachelor’s degree in data Analytics is preferred; alternatively in Information Systems or Supply Chain.
