Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Retail Industry. This role offers a chance to work with a dynamic team and provide excellent support to German-speaking customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
-   Stay knowledgeable about the company's product range, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
-   Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as needed.
-   Promote a positive brand image through proactive customer engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
