**Your Responsibilities**

-   Work collaboratively with your team to produce a variety of freshly baked goods following our carefully crafted recipes.
-   Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment to ensure the best customer experience.
-   Read and follow production schedules, mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate the ovens to bake our products.
-   Contribute to the team effort by communicating effectively with your fellow bakers.

## Requirements

### What We Are Looking For

-   A passion for baking and a commitment to creating delicious products
-   A team player attitude with the ability to work independently
-   Strong organizational skills and a positive approach to work
-   Availability to work early morning shifts

### Physical Requirements

-   Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
-   Frequent lifting and carrying of dough and baking trays
-   Ability to push, pull, reach, and bend as necessary
