**What you'll do**

You’ll own the full sales cycle for AI Paralegal – selling into Australian family law firms, from first outreach to signed deal. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you’ll work a defined territory of existing LEAP Family Law customers and warm prospects, run discovery and demos yourself, and partner with implementations so firms get to revenue fast. This is a new commercial model we’re scaling from a standing start – you’ll help shape how we sell as much as you’ll execute it.

This is not a traditional sales role - you’ll be selling the future of how law firms operate, helping clients understand how AI can transform their workflows, productivity, and outcomes.

**To make this happen you will look after:**

-   New Business & Pipeline Growth
-   Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects within Australian law firms
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across your territory
-   Proactively drive outbound activity, networking, and relationship building to generate demand and build AI awareness and appetite within these firms

**Consultative AI Selling**

-   Lead discovery conversations to understand firm workflows, pain points, and operational challenges
-   Position CORTO's AI solutions in the context of real legal use cases, not just product features
-   Demonstrate how AI can improve productivity, reduce manual work, enhance client outcomes, and drive revenue for the firm
-   Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each firm’s needs

**Deal Execution & Commercial Outcomes**

-   Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to close
-   Negotiate and close deals, driving win-win outcomes for both CORTO and our clients
-   Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce

**Implementation Alignment & Customer Success**

-   Work closely with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding
-   Set clear expectations with clients around rollout, adoption, and success outcomes
-   Stay engaged post-sale where needed to support adoption conversations and ensure long-term success
-   Bring client insights back to internal teams to improve product positioning and sales effectiveness

**What you’ll bring**

-   Proven experience in a B2B sales, SaaS, or consultative sales environment
-   Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into booked demos and closed deals
-   Experience working with professional services clients (legal experience highly regarded but not required)
-   Confidence leading client conversations, presenting solutions, and influencing decision-makers
-   A genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and how tools are used in real workflows
-   Strong commercial mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
-   Paralegal or legal practice experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Candidates with strong sales capability and the ability to quickly understand legal workflows will be highly successful in this role.
