- Assist with user onboarding, offboarding and account management.
- Travel to offices and project sites to provide onsite support and equipment setup.
- Support meeting rooms, collaboration technology and workplace devices.
- Maintain asset registers, inventory records and equipment lifecycle activities.
- Provide basic infrastructure and smart-hands support for networks, server rooms and technology vendors.
- Contribute to cybersecurity, patching and continuous improvement initiatives.

**About You**

You'll be a proactive and customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support to end users.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- An IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with service desk or ticketing systems.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting end-user devices.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- A strong customer service focus and commitment to user satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.

- Professionalism, integrity and accountability in all interactions.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between offices and project sites.
