**Key Responsibilities:  
**

-   Support the daily operations of digital payment and digital goods business to ensure smooth service delivery. 

-   Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing business partners by handling day-to-day communications, follow-ups, and operational requests. 

-   Monitor partner transaction performance, operational KPIs, and service quality, and provide regular reports and insights. 

-   Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal) to resolve partner issues and ensure timely execution of business initiatives. 

-   Support partner onboarding, product launches, and operational readiness. 

-   Help identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and assisting potential partners in prospecting. 

-   Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and partnership materials for meetings and discussions. 

-   Investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and partners. 

-   Maintain accurate documentation of partner activities, agreements, meeting minutes, and action plans. 

-   Support business performance analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Final-year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.  

-   Strong interest in Account Management, Partnership, Business Development, or the Digital Payment industry.  

-   Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

-   Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.  

-   Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

-   Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  

-   Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
