## Description

### Business Development & Lead Generation

-   Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
-   Research target markets and potential clients to identify sales opportunities.
-   Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.

### Account Management

-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
-   Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
-   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

### Sales & Revenue Growth

-   Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
-   Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
-   Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
-   Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

### Reporting & CRM Management

-   Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-   1**–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.**

-   Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.

-   Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

-   Experience managing the full sales cycle.

-   Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

-   Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

-   Fluent English is a plus.
