## Description

**About The Role**

We are looking for an **New Product Assurance Analyst** to support the end-to-end assurance process for new product launches. The role includes validating, testing, and monitoring product configurations across the product lifecycle—especially during pre-launch, go-live, and limited post-launch phases. This position ensures alignment with marketing documentation, IFRS standards, and revenue assurance policies under close supervision.

-   Assist in pre-launch validation and compliance verification of new products.
-   Perform go-live monitoring to ensure correct implementation of product features.
-   Conduct post-launch analysis of key performance and revenue metrics.
-   Support risk mitigation efforts related to product configuration and revenue leakages.
-   Provide reports and insights to support internal controls and audits.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Finance.

## Requirements

-   Fresh graduate from reputable state universities such as UI, ITB, UGM, IPB, ITS, UNDIP, or UNPAD; or from top private universities such as Trisakti, Gunadarma, Binus, or Telkom University/STT Telkom. 

-   Bachelor's degree in information technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. 

-   Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00. 

-   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 

-   Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, network elements, and service process flows. 

-   Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 

-   Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. 

-   Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

-   Ability to prepare clear and structured analytical reports and presentations. 

-   Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 

-   High motivation to grow in assurance and compliance.
