In this role, you will play a direct part in helping homeowners understand the value of high-quality window and door solutions and move confidently toward their next step. This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building trust in person, guiding conversations around value and budget, and creating a strong experience from initial interest through consultation.

### Responsibilities

-   Present window and door solutions tailored to homeowner needs and budgets.
-   Schedule in-home consultations and follow up to move prospects forward.
-   Explain product value, installation process, and promotional neighborhood program benefits.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Experience closing sales during in-home consultations.
-   Proven ability to build trust with homeowners during in-person consultations.
-   Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain product features, pricing, and financing options to homeowners.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local territory travel.
-   Eligibility to work in the United States.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   1+ years of sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, or direct-to-consumer products, ideally including home improvement sales.
-   Experience with lead management and consistent sales follow-up.
