**$50,000 Base Salary**

### Your Territory

You'll serve communities throughout North Central Wisconsin, including:

-   Wausau
-   Rhinelander
-   Door County
-   Surrounding markets

Rather than focusing on a dense metropolitan area, you'll develop meaningful relationships throughout a stable regional territory where reputation matters.

### What You'll Do

Most of your time will be spent meeting people face-to-face and building relationships with professionals such as:

-   Property Managers
-   Facility Managers
-   Insurance Agents & Adjusters
-   Plumbers
-   HVAC Contractors
-   General Contractors
-   Commercial Property Owners
-   Community Business Leaders

Responsibilities include:

-   Prospecting new referral partners
-   Strengthening existing relationships
-   Conducting educational meetings
-   Attending networking events
-   Managing opportunities in the CRM
-   Coordinating with operations to deliver exceptional customer service
-   Growing a consistent pipeline of referral opportunities

## Requirements

### Who We're Looking For

You'll likely be successful if you:

-   Have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
-   Are comfortable prospecting and networking in an outside sales context
-   Are eligible to work in the United States
-   Restoration industry experience is helpful, but not required.

We can teach the industry.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to build trust.
