## Description

**Position:** Healthcare Recruiter

**Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

**Full-Time, Remote Work.**

**Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a remote position responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is passionate about finding high-quality candidates and building long-term relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
-   Source qualified healthcare professionals using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
-   Review applications and identify suitable candidates.
-   Conduct phone and virtual interviews.
-   Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-   Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
-   Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
-   Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
-   Monitor post-placement success and contribute to improving candidate retention.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.
-   Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
-   Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
-   Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
