We are looking for a **motivated German-speaking Sales Development Representative** to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for **recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a career in sales**, particularly within the software/technology sector. No extensive sales background is required—what matters most is your attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-   Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities
-   Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
-   Building strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers
-   Maintaining a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic
-   Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets

What We’re Looking For:

-   **Fluent German speaker** (written and spoken)
-   Passionate about new business sales and prospecting
-   Hard-working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
-   Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development (training provided)
-   Competitive, driven, and a strong team player
-   Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools
-   Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised
-   Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
