## Description

We are looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to design, develop, and operate the Bank’s internal **AI/GenAI platform** supporting Agentic AI, RAG, chatbots, copilots, and other enterprise AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in **LLMs, Anthropic Claude, RAG, and Agentic AI**. Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.  
Key Responsibilities

-   Design and develop scalable **AI/GenAI platform services, APIs, and integrations**.
-   Build **RAG pipelines**, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and response generation.
-   Develop **Agentic AI workflows** using tool/function calling, orchestration, and multi-step workflows.
-   Work hands-on with **Anthropic Claude APIs/SDKs** and other LLMs.
-   Develop AI solutions such as **chatbots, copilots, document processing, and intelligent automation**.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
-   Implement testing and evaluation frameworks to measure **LLM accuracy, relevance, safety, and performance**.
-   Monitor production AI solutions and ensure **security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization**.
-   Stay updated with the latest developments in **GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI**.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering**, or related field.
-   **6–8 years** of software development experience, with at least **2 years in AI/LLM application development**.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **Anthropic Claude (API, SDK, tool use, agentic patterns)**.
-   Proven experience building **RAG, conversational AI, or enterprise GenAI solutions**.
-   Strong knowledge of **LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Tool Calling, and AI Evaluation**.
-   Good understanding of **AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and data privacy**.
-   **Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.**
-   Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
