**Salary range: Rs 360000 - Rs 540000 (ie INR 3.6-5.4 LPA)**

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Executive – Digital Marketing to support end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for real estate projects. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns to drive quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen digital presence across multiple platforms.

This position requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, social media management, SEO, and lead generation strategies, along with the ability to work closely with creative teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to generate quality leads.
-   Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
-   Develop and run lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and brand promotions.
-   Coordinate with creative and design teams to develop engaging digital content and campaign assets.
-   Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
-   Manage listings across property portals and ensure strong online visibility of projects and brand.
-   Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
-   Support branding initiatives for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
-   Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
-   Stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply best practices to improve performance outcomes.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within real estate or related industries.
-   Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
-   Good understanding of digital lead generation strategies and performance marketing concepts.
-   Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking.
-   Strong content understanding with the ability to contribute to campaign messaging and strategy.
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
-   Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and agencies.
-   Creative thinking with strong execution ability and attention to detail.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
-   Real estate marketing experience is an added advantage.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing roles.
