### **What You’ll Do**

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers to learn the skills needed to install, repair, and maintain water heaters and plumbing systems.

-   Assist with installation and replacement of water heaters
-   Support basic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks
-   Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
-   Deliver excellent customer service while in customers’ homes
-   Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

## Requirements

-   Strong willingness to learn and take direction

-   Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
-   Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
-   Prior construction or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
-   **An apprentice license is not required to start; however, candidates must be willing to obtain a plumbing apprentice license within a specified timeframe after hire**
