## Description

Salary & Benefits  
  
\- Salary range: $7,000 - $10,000, commensurate with experience.  
\- Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay.  
\- Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.  
  
Office Location & Working Hours  
  
\- Location: Tai Seng.  
\- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
\- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.  
\- Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.  
\- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.  
\- Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.  
\- Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.  
\- Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.  
\- Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.  
\- Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.  
\- Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.  
\- Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.  
  
Job Requirements  
  
\- 1-3 years Working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore  
\- Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.  
\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.  
\- Strong communication and writing skills.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
