**Restaurant Supervisor**  
Kallisti Santorini | Pyrgos, Santorini

Kallisti Santorini is an elegant Italian restaurant located in the heart of Pyrgos, Santorini. Inspired by authentic Italian cuisine and warm Mediterranean hospitality, Kallisti Santorini offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience, combining exceptional flavors, attentive service, and a beautiful setting overlooking one of Santorini’s most picturesque villages.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

## Requirements

-   Ensure that food and beverages are served in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
-   Supervise restaurant operations by maintaining effective communication between the service team and the kitchen.
-   Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly handle guest inquiries and complaints.
-   Monitor and supervise the setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of all restaurant areas to ensure the highest service standards are consistently met.
-   Ensure adequate staffing levels, supplies, and equipment are available to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
-   Conduct pre-service briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to continuously improve performance and service standards.
-   Assist in inventory management and the proper distribution of operational supplies.
-   Support management with daily administrative and operational duties as required.
-   Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
