## Description

We’re looking for experienced **Remote Closers** to join our sales team. You’ll receive **pre-booked qualified appointments** from our outreach team — your only job is to **build rapport, present the value, and close**.

You won’t be cold calling or prospecting — all meetings are set for you. This is a 100% commission-based contractor role designed for confident closers who thrive on performance-based income.

The compensation for this role is **$500 total commission per full-time VA hire.** This is a **commission-only role** — there is **no base salary**. We’re looking for closers who are **available to take sales calls when they’re booked** on their calendar (typically during U.S. business hours).

### **Responsibilities**

-   Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with qualified prospects (appointments are pre-booked for you).
-   Understand client needs and clearly present QuickTeam’s managed staffing solutions.
-   Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process.
-   Communicate feedback to the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience.
-   Maintain accurate deal tracking in our CRM.
