## Description

We are Shinesty. Our mission is to force the world to take itself less seriously. We make outlandish clothing, from retro ski suits to Hawaiian shirts to our famous Ball Hammock® underwear. We make people laugh first and sell second. Our mothers don’t always approve of what we do, but the millions of people we’ve entertained over the years do.

This December, we’re bringing the chaos to Las Vegas for the National Finals Rodeo - Cowboy Christmas, Roper Christmas, and Stetson Country: ten plus days, hundreds of thousands of shoppers, and more belt buckles than you can count. We need confident, outgoing go-getters to be the face of Shinesty at our booth.

**The Role**  
You aren’t just ringing up shirts. You’re a crowd-gatherer, a hype-person, and a closer. If you can strike up a conversation with a stranger in a cowboy hat, make them laugh, and sell them a matching set before they walk away, we want you.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   **Selling:** Pulling in foot traffic, pitching our gear, and closing sales like a champ.
-   **Entertaining:** Keeping customers laughing and the energy high, even on day nine.
-   **Booth Management:** Helping with setup and teardown, and keeping the merchandise stocked and looking sharp all day.
-   **Representing:** Being the ultimate hype-person for Shinesty in front of the biggest western crowd in the country.

**The Details**

-   **Events:**

-   NFR Cowboy Christmas at the Las Vegas Convention Center
-   Roper Christmas at the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino
-   Stetson Country at the Rio

-   **Dates:** Thursday, Dec 3 – Saturday, Dec 12/13, 2026, plus setup on Dec 2 and teardown on Dec 13/14.
-   **Hours:** The show runs 9 AM–4 PM daily. Shifts include setup and close, roughly 8 AM–5 PM.
-   **Schedule:** Rotating shifts with two-person crews alongside the Shinesty team. Tell us your availability across the run.

**Who You Are**

-   **A Natural Seller:** You have retail, event, or direct sales experience and can tell us about a time you crushed a goal.
-   **Incredibly Likable:** You get energy from crowds and don’t take yourself too seriously.
-   **A Hustler:** You’re ready for long days on a busy show floor, including standing and moving around for full shifts. (Reasonable accommodations available.)
-   **Reliable:** You show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat the booth like it’s yours.

## Benefits

**Compensation:** $24/hour
