## Description

**Job Description –**

Lead the Command Centre for the Transformation Programme, ensuring real‑time control, seamless application migration, strong governance, and coordinated execution across technology, business, and vendor teams. 

·        Establish and operate the Command Centre for end‑to‑end migration, testing, and cutover oversight. 

·        Govern the Integrated Master Plan, risks, issues, dependencies, and program‑wide progress reporting. 

·        Oversee application migration planning, readiness tracking, scheduling alignment, and business impact minimization. 

·        Demonstrate experience leading Command Centre activities across dress rehearsals and production cutovers. 

·        Drive business engagement, readiness checkpoints, communication alignment, and cutover coordination. 

·        Lead programme communications including dashboards, cutover/hyper care briefings, executive summaries, and stakeholder reporting. 

·        Offer executive oversight of hypercare performance, issue resolution pathways, documentation completeness, and BAU transition readiness. 

·         Lead the implementation of Generative AI based use cases for programme governance.

## Requirements

**Skills and Experience Required,**

·        10–15 years in command centre leadership, programme governance, or large‑scale transformation roles in financial institutes

·        Strong expertise in migration planning, testing governance, risk/issue management, and cross‑functional alignment. 

·        Familiarity with Azure, DevOps, infrastructure, regulatory expectations, and operational resilience frameworks. 

·        Sound understanding of key business processes across Corporate, Wealth, OR Retail banking domains. 

·         Experience with modern AI tools and automation platforms to enhance delivery, reporting, and decision‑making. 

·        Experience in pre-sales is preferred

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capability.
