## Description

An established private practice is looking for a **Physiotherapist** to join their close-knit and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner or a new graduate looking to start their career in a structured private practice environment, with the benefit of working alongside **four experienced Physiotherapists.**

**New Graduate Program**

The two-year program is designed to provide graduates with the support, mentoring and clinical exposure needed to build a strong foundation in private practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced Physiotherapists, develop your clinical reasoning and gradually build confidence across a **mixed caseload**, while receiving ongoing guidance throughout your first two years.

**About You**

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist who is keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career in Physiotherapy.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from an Australian-recognised institution
-   **General registration with AHPRA** as a Physiotherapist
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Genuine interest in private practice
-   Willingness to learn and receive feedback
-   Professional, reliable and patient-focused approach
-   Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
