Job responsibilities:  
\- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.  
\- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.  
\- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.  
\- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.  
\- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.  
\- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.  
\- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.  
\- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.  
\- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.  
\- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
