## Description

Salary Range:  
\- 66,000–96,000 NZD per annum  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0–20% Performance-Related Pay (PRP) every month  
\- 2% medical allowance every month  
\- 20 days annual leave plus medical leave per year  
  
Job Description:  
\- Responsible for executing company projects in building construction  
\- Take off quantities, pricing, and preparation of tender submissions  
\- Carry out site measurement, cost estimation, and cost calculation  
\- Prepare PS3 and other relevant documents for each project  
\- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the project manager  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent  
\- At least 3 years of working experience  
\- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility  
\- Willingness to learn  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
