### What You'll Do

-   Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
-   Prepare and serve quality food according to company standards.
-   Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
-   Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

### Assistant Manager Responsibilities

-   Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
-   Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control.
-   Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads.
-   Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
-   Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
-   Help drive sales, operational performance, and team engagement.

### Shift Lead Responsibilities

-   Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
-   Help ensure efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience.
-   Assist with opening and closing procedures.
-   Support cash handling, training, and shift accountability.
-   Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

### Team Member Responsibilities

-   Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
-   Take customer orders accurately and prepare food according to standards.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
-   Assist teammates during busy periods.
-   Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.

### Qualifications

-   Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
-   Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead positions.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-   Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.
-   Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position.
