## Description

-   Lead the global Total Rewards and Payroll strategy, ensuring alignment with business and talent objectives
-   Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and workforce cost management across multiple countries
-   Ensure payroll accuracy, monitoring, controls, compliance, and reporting processes are effectively managed
-   Drive salary reviews, bonus cycles, incentive programs, and reward frameworks to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
-   Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to support business transformation and operational efficiency
-   Partner closely with Finance and HR leadership on budgeting, forecasting, payroll cost analysis, and workforce analytics
-   Deliver HR dashboards, workforce metrics, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making
-   Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll and HR operations
-   Lead and develop a high-performing team across Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Analytics, and Organizational Design
-   Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on reward strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce cost efficiency

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus
-   10 years of HR experience, including significant exposure to Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Controlling, or Organizational Effectiveness
-   Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior HR role within multinational or complex organizations
-   Strong expertise in compensation & benefits, payroll governance, workforce planning, and HR analytics
-   Solid understanding of organizational design, job architecture, and workforce cost management
-   Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and payroll cost control
-   Experience working in multinational environments; exposure to retail or technology sectors is considered a plus
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
-   Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools
-   Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
