Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Korean-Speaking Support Specialist based in Sofia! This position includes fully paid relocation, making it a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic environment while experiencing life in Bulgaria’s vibrant capital.

As a Korean-Speaking Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your role will be integral to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to Korean-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
-   Provide detailed product and service information to clients.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required; native proficiency preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
-   Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
