## Description

**Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt**, managed by **SWOT Hospitality Management Company**, is looking for vigilant and responsible **Lifeguards** to join our team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment around our pools and aquatic areas, providing timely emergency response, and promoting safety awareness among guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Constantly monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.
-   Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
-   Enforce safety rules and regulations, educating guests when necessary.
-   Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool equipment and facilities.
-   Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

## Requirements

-   Valid lifeguard certification including CPR and first aid training.
-   Experience as a lifeguard, preferably within the hospitality industry.
-   Strong observational skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
-   Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse guests.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
-   Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
