## Description

We are looking for an **A-Player** to lead a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering Brilliant value to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

·      Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.

·      Oversee your team’s caseload whilst managing your own.

·      Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver a Brilliant client experience.

·      Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.

·      Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.

·      Deliver data-driven insights to our client that drive continuous improvement.

·      Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space.

## Requirements

·      Experience practicing conveyancing in England.

Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in the United Kingdom.

Ability to build and lead high-performing legal teams.

•

A passion for developing people.

•

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•

Tech savvy with excellent AI and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

•

Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

•

Qualified Conveyancer

Required:

•

Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.

•

Conveyancing experience in English law, essential.

•

Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.

•

Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).

•

Valid driver’s license.

•

Own transport..
