## Description

-   Build and maintain server-side APIs and services in a production codebase.
-   Work with databases: writing queries, designing schemas, and optimizing performance.
-   Integrate third-party services and handle authentication, data flow, and error handling.
-   Write tests and help debug issues across the backend stack.
-   Collaborate with senior engineers on code reviews and feature delivery.
-   Learn from a solid, strong engineering team and grow through hands-on mentorship.
-   Work in the fintech field to gain real experience and a deep understanding of the domain.

## Requirements

-   Hands-on experience with **Ruby on Rails** and **PostgreSQL**.
-   Solid understanding of relational databases and database performance tuning.
