Due to continuous growth and expansion, **Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals** offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a **Chemical Lab Analyst** to join our **Quality Control** team in our **Pallini premises**. 

As a **Chemical Lab Analyst**, the ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control testing primarily using analytical methods adhering to standard operating procedures and under GMPs.

More particularly:

## Requirements

**What you will do:**

-   Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials and in-process and finished formulations according to standard operating procedures
-   Perform biochemical and /or chemical analyses of products
-   Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
-   Participate in the preparation of summaries and reports
-   Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalities

**The ideal candidate should have:**

-   Minimum a BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
-   At least 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment/Quality control
-   Experience in a GMP or GLP environment

**Job-Specific Skills:**

-   Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
-   Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution)
-   Strong problem solving skills
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Computer literacy
-   Able to work in rotating shifts
