## Description

**Techconnect.id** is seeking an experienced **Head of IT Business Partner (ITBP)** is responsible for bridging business needs with effective and fit-for-purpose information technology solutions. This role serves as a strategic partner to business units in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital initiatives. The ITBP ensures that all IT solutions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and overall business goals.

-   Serve as the primary liaison between business divisions and the IT team.
-   Identify technology requirements based on business processes and strategic objectives.
-   Translate business needs into clear and well-defined system requirements.
-   Recommend effective, efficient, and value-driven IT solutions.
-   Manage IT project priorities in alignment with business needs and organizational objectives.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to implement digital solutions.
-   Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
-   Evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions in improving business performance.
-   Develop and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with management.
-   Recommend digital innovation initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   12–15+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Technology leadership.
-   Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
-   Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and cross-functional technology programs.
-   Strong background in project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT governance.
-   Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation.
-   Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
